RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable for :

  • Item(s) that is/are found to be manufacturing errored/damaged.

Please be noted that we do not provide refunds (unless under certain circumstances – please email us at petaleafmy@gmail.com for details). Customers can only exchange the item with similar item or another product with the same cost. Any price difference shall be paid additionally by the customer.

Return and Exchange is not applicable for :

  • Sale items & purchases made using our discount vouchers/coupons
  • Washed, altered, scented, worn, damaged item(s), by any means

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • Defective item(s) can only be exchanged within 5 working days upon receiving.
  • Defective item (s) must be returned to us UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED and UNWORN.
  • Defective item(s) must be returned in their original selling condition including the original product packaging and labels

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Customers are advisable to email us at petaleafmy@gmail.com beforehand before proceeding with return shipment. Please be noted that our Working Hours are from 9am-5pm EXCEPT Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. Emails received beyond stated hours will be replied on the next working day.

Email us your Order ID as your Subject followed with Defective/Wrong/Lost

            e.g #1234 Defective

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

All Postage Costs will be bear by PETALEAF. Please be noted that we are not responsible for any loss or damaged of item(s) caused during the shipment, until item(s) is in our hands.

Item(s) will be examined upon receiving & we will update you of the item(s) status whether to proceed with refund or replacement accordingly

In event where returned item is found not to be faulty as reported, we may at our discretion decide that item(s) will NOT be replaced or refunded, and/or we may require you to pay all the reasonable costs involved.

In event where returned item does not fulfill the Terms & Conditions required above, we may at our discretion decide that item(s) will NOT be replaced or refunded, and/or we may require you to pay all the reasonable costs involved.
